All of the GHS graduates below have completed their college football seasons and, in Matt Herron's case, completed his career.  I think you will agree that they have all had great seasons and are to be congratulted for their hard work on the field and in the classroom.

AJ Edds, Sophmore Linebacker, University of Iowa (GHS Class of 2006)

• Played in 12 Games
• Academic All Big 10
• 80 total tackles, 2nd on team
• 1 interception, 1 fumble recovery

Jeff Geoghagen, Freshman Defensive Back, Marian College (GHS Class of 2006)

• Played in 9 Games
• 3 interceptions (led team) for 61 yards
• 33 tackles
• 20 kickoff returns for a 19.5 average
• 4 punt returns

Ross Hayden, Sophmore Offensive Guard, Taylor University (GHS Class of 2006)

• Started all 10 games
• Unfortunately for offensive linemen there are no statistics to report but starting all of your team's games in college football is a great accomplishment.

Matt Herron, Senior Kicker, Hanover College (GHS Class of 2004)

• Played in 10 games
• Hanover College Special Teams Player of the year
• 2nd Team All Conference
• 7 for 11 FG's, 21 for 21 PAT's
• Led team in scoring
• Finished career in top 7 in 11 HC kicking catagories
• Kicked game winning 44 yard field goal as time expired to beat Manchester

John Pfifer, Freshman Wide Receiver, Marian College (GHS Class of 2006)

• Played in 8 Games
• 16 receptions for 158 yards and 2 touchdowns
• 12 punt Returns for a 9.5 average
• 1 kickoff Return for 22 yards
• 2 Carries for 9 yards
